Elbow In Video Clip

 Elbow In means
bullet

the shooting elbow in, the palm is directly over the knee with middle finger point up (the elbow
may be pointing  slightly to the outside of the knee)

 
bullet the ball is resting on the finger pads, not the palm

 
bullet the non-shooting hand  is on the side of the ball making an extended tee with the other thumb
